Great app!
This has helped me stay in a good daily range to prevent weight gain around my middle. I have Hashimotos Thyroditis (plus being over 40) and it makes losing weight VERY difficult. The only way to lose and then maintain is by going very low carb (20-30 grams per day), but, unless I track diligently, its way too easy to go over. I sure notice it when I stop tracking every bite. Thanks for making it easier!
